Spirits of the Earth loves to highlight the unique talents available within our community…and we encourage you to share your art. Those who are on a limited budget have found selling their services/wares to be of great benefit.
Here are a few suggestions for anyone wishing to vend at Spirits of the Earth hosted events:
1. It is recommended that anyone wishing to vend, pre-register for
each event. Space is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Vending is free with a paid Adult Registration. O
n the registration form, please select you would like to vend and fill out your details.
3. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own shelter, table, and chairs. Hydro is not available. You may set-up your camping spot behind your vending booth.
4. We ask all Vendors to make a donation to the prizes that will be given the winner of our annual bardic competition. You will receive recognition during the presentation ceremony.
5. Additional advertising is available for purchase in the event program guide. A variety of options are available. Pricing details.
6. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the care and safety of your wares.
